PAYMENT

We accept payment via the following:

Credit Cards:  Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Paypal:  PayPal is a secure online payment system, and is very easy to use. You do not need a PayPal account to use for your payment.  Just click the PayPal button when you go through the checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card.  PayPal will then send you an email to confirm the transaction.
All payments via our site are processed in a secure environment.  We will never release your personal or contact details for any reason.

SHIPPING

Chian Mainland:  FREE Shipping on all orders.

All of the World:  FREE Shipping for orders over $300 - (Orders below $300 shipping is $50).

 

SHIPPING TIME & CARRIER

Chian Mainland:  1 to 10 days depending on where you live.  

Rest of the World:  7 to 25 days depending on where you live.  We use EMS Economy Courier and will require a signature on receipt.

You will be notified the day your parcel is shipped with a tracking number.

Very Important: When checking out please supply us with a physical address (not a P.O. Box), such as a workplace or a daytime address where someone will be there to sign for your package.

Please note there is no weekend delivery.


DUTIES & TAXES

Chian Mainland: value add tax of 13% is included on all prices.

Rest of the World:  GST tax is not added.

Every country has different customs laws and you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Artdecoflor will not be held responsible for these charges.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so if you are unsure please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Please contact us within 14 days at [email protected] if your package does not arrive, or arrives damaged.  We'll do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim.

We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
the item was authorized to be sent without tracking.
