7-day Return policy:

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.  Any returns after that time will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and unworn.
We do not accept returns and exchanges for the following cases:

Gift cards.

Please return your item in the same box as you getting.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not refund for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
We cannot be responsible for items lost by return shipping.
Please return the item using a FedEx courier.

We only accept returns for products purchased on the website of Artdecoflor.com.

We are unable to accept any returns for items bought from a Retail shop or at another Online shop. Please contact the original Retail or Online shop you purchased the item from.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
